1. OUR COMMITMENT TO ACCESSIBILITY

In Short: We are committed to making our SaaS platform accessible to everyone, regardless of ability.

Safe Intelligence Limited is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to our SaaS platform.

2. COMPLIANCE STATUS

In Short: We are working towards full compliance with international accessibility standards.

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

Spec27 is currently partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content or platform may not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard as we continue our Early Access development.

3. NON-ACCESSIBLE CONTENT

In Short: As a new service, we are still identifying potential barriers.

While we aim for full compliance, we are aware that some parts of our Services may not be fully accessible yet. Because we are in an Early Access phase, we are currently conducting internal audits to identify specific issues.

If you find a specific problem that is not listed or if you require information in a different format (like an accessible PDF or large print), please reach out to us.

4. PREPARATION OF THIS STATEMENT

In Short: This statement was recently created and will be updated as we test our platform.

This statement was prepared on 07 April 2026. The platform is currently being self-assessed by our internal development team. We intend to perform a formal accessibility audit as we move from Early Access to a general release.

5. FEEDBACK AND CONTACT INFORMATION

In Short: We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Spec27.

We try to respond to feedback within 5 business days. Please let us know if you encounter accessibility barriers on Spec27:

The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) is responsible for enforcing the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018 (the ‘accessibility regulations’) in the UK.

For private sector companies, our accessibility obligations are governed by the Equality Act 2010. If you are not happy with how we respond to your complaint, you may contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).
